If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, we will make all efforts to relet the room(s) but until we do you will be liable for the room cost.

Children and animals

We are happy to see children and pets (within reason!) at Hazelhurst. However, we must ask that you keep them under control. If any part of Hazelhurst or property of guests staying at Hazelhurst is damaged we will be obliged to charge to cover the loss.

Partially occupied rooms

In the event that a room is not fully occupied (for instance a twin room let as a single) please avoid disturbing any spare beds. In the event that spare bedding is found to have been made creased or dirty, we reserve the right to amend the room cost.
